These terms cover this website and the early builds of Hopper you can download from it. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. The app will ship with its own license when it launches.

The website

You can read, link to and share anything on this site. Please don’t copy the site’s design, code or artwork to make your own, or use the Hopper name and bunny in a way that suggests we made or endorse something we didn’t.

Early builds

• They’re a preview. Features may change between versions as we shape Hopper with the people who use it.
• Feedback is welcome. If you send us ideas or bug reports, we may use them to improve Hopper without owing you anything for them.
• Please don’t resell or repackage builds, or try to get around anything that limits who can use them.

No warranty

The website and Hopper’s early builds are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them.

Changes

We may update these terms as Hopper gets closer to launch. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If a change matters, we’ll say so on this site.
